Speaker of the Board / Managing Director
Markus Reinert FRICS has been appointed as Chairman / CEO of IC Immobilien Holding AG as of August 2015 and, following the company's conversion into a limited liability company in September 2020, as Speaker of the Board / Managing Director of IC Immobilien Holding GmbH.
Prior to joining IC Immobilien Gruppe he served for 4 years as Head of Property and Asset Management and Investor Services at Cushman & Wakefield LLP, where he was in charge of the region EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Before that, he spent more than 20 years with Jones Lang LaSalle, working in a variety of roles and positions, at last finally serving as Managing and International Director and Member of the German Management Board for 7 years.
Markus Reinert FRICS is a member of the RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Fellowship), ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss, ICG Institut für Corporate Governance in der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft, German Counsil of Shopping Places as well as a fellow of the GRI Club Real Estate (Global Real Estate Institute).

Managing Director
André Vollbach has been Managing Director of IC Immobilien Holding GmbH since September 2022.
He was appointed to IC Immobilien Holding GmbH’s executive management team as part of the joint venture between IC Immobilien Gruppe and HIH Property Management GmbH.
André Vollbach was Managing Director of HIH Property Management GmbH (HPM) from October 2019 to October 2022. From December 2018 to October 2019, he was responsible for HPM’s organizational and operational structure as a member of the company’s Management Board. Prior to that, he managed HPM’s regional office in Düsseldorf and, on an interim basis, managed the company’s Stuttgart and Frankfurt offices in 2016 and 2019.
Before joining HPM, André Vollbach spent more than six years with Bilfinger Real Estate, where he held a number of management positions, including as regional office manager in Berlin and Düsseldorf. André Vollbach has been working in the field of property management for more than 20 years, twelve of them in leadership roles.
