IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for "einstein22"

Immobilien Zeitung, Property Magazine and Deal Magazine informed that IC Immobilien Gruppe was awarded the commercial property management mandate for "Einstein22" in Kleinmachnow-Dreilinden as of September 1.

The multi-tenant commercial property was completed in 2022 and has approximately 5,000 square meters of total leasable area.
