IC Immobilien Gruppe leases approx. 50,000 square meters

Handelsblatt, Immobilien Zeitung and Thomas Daily have reported that IC Immobilien Gruppe leased and renewed approximately 50,000 square meters across Germany in the first half of the year. The focus here was primarily on the office and retail asset classes.
