Bernhard Wildmoser has been Head of Acquisitions in IC Immobilien Gruppe’s Investment Division since November 2018.
From December 2016 to 2018, Bernhard Wildmoser worked as an Acquisition & Transaction Manager for IC Asset Management GmbH and played a key role in setting up and expanding the investment team. Before starting his professional career, he studied Business Administration (B.Sc.) with a focus on Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg and the Masaryk University in Brno from 2010 to 2014. He followed this with a Master of Science in Real Estate (M.Sc.RE) with a focus on investment and finance at the International Real Estate Business School Regensburg (IRE|BS) and the Ardhi University in Dar-Es-Salaam from 2014 to 2016.
Bernhard Wildmoser is an active member and discussion group leader of the CORE roundtable in Munich at IRE|BS Community of Real Estate e.V., IUREN – International University Real Estate Club Network and RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Florian Scherbaum (born 1990) has been Head of Transactions in Acquisitions in IC Immobilien Gruppe’s Investment Division since November 2018.
From April 2016 to 2018, Florian Scherbaum worked as an Acquisition & Transaction Manager for IC Asset Management GmbH and was instrumental in setting up and expanding the investment team. Prior to joining IC Immobilien, he was a project manager at Volkswagen Financial Services AG, where he was responsible for numerous large-volume construction projects.
Before starting his professional career, he studied Business Administration (B.Sc.) at the University of Regensburg from 2009 to 2012 with a focus on Real Estate Management. He then completed his Master of Science in Real Estate (M.Sc.RE) with a focus on investment and finance at the International Real Estate Business School Regensburg (IRE|BS) from 2012 to 2015.
Florian Scherbaum is an active member of IRE|BS Community of Real Estate e.V. and RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
