Benjamin Kurz has been Head of Project Management since January 2023 and Head of Technical Property Management at IC Immobilien Gruppe since September 2021.
From joining the company in 2019 to 2021, he was working for our national and international investors as an Technical Property Manager and Client Manager.
Prior to joining IC Immobilien Gruppe, he was a Technical Asset Manager at Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH from 2017 to 2019. From 2016 to 2017, he already worked for IC Property Management GmbH as Technical Property Manager. Prior to that, he held the position as Technical Property Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle from 2013 to 2016 and for Marstall Verwaltungsgesellschaft from 2010 to 2013.
With his professional roots in the construction industry from 1995 to 2010, Benjamin Kurz has a wide range of real estate expertise and more than 20 years of experience in various professional and management positions in the construction and real estate industries.
