IC Immobilien Gruppe takes over property management mandate for three properties in Stuttgart

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the property management mandate for three properties in Stuttgart's "Gerber Quartier" as of April 15, 2022. This was reported by Immobilien Zeitung and Property Magazine.

The three properties have a total of around 6,700 square meters of rental space, which is divided between the usage classes office, retail and residential.
